YOUR NEW JOB:

• Taking inbound/outbound sales & enquiry calls
• Identifying parts and components
• Processing of sales orders/quotes
• Buidling and maintaining customer loyalty and support
• Providing general ad hoc assistance to the sales & administrative team
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners
• Assist with Parts requests and quotes

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Experience working in the automotive retail industry
• Must have 12 months experience as a parts interpreter
• Commitment to guest satisfaction
• Strong communication skills
• The right to work in Australia
• Current Drivers Licence
• The ability to prioritise tasks
• Ability to meet deadlines
