• The job covers: answering incoming calls; providing assistance to customers with general enquiries including- stock, orders, inventory arrival dates, returns and on-line web issues; entering notes into crm and updating database; manage any complaints and circulate to manager

• YOU will have: previous experience in customer service or call centre; excellent communication skills and be a team player

• Monday to Friday office based hours
